Originally from Texas, Norma moved to North Carolina in 2012. Beyond her professional role, she is a dedicated ballroom dancer who loves embracing new challenges and adventures. Norma is deeply passionate about empowering others—helping people see their potential and grow both personally and professionally. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, journaling, and recharging with a trip to the beach!
